The longer I’m out in the educational world, the more frustrated I get with teachers who don’t at least aspire to matching their own practice to the kids (and teachers) described here. I can understand and empathize with not knowing how to go about becoming this kind of educator, but I can’t understand not wanting to.

The Critical Skills Classroom 
Wow, what a great way to see the kids of today! Who knew that what we are trying to teach in our old aging dinosaur schools is already being implemented by the kids! It’s all in the way you look at it! And to those who cringe at the thought of all those new ways kids communicate . . . maybe they need to use the same methods to teach for good!
